1. Eligibility for Refund Policy or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The wrong product or box size was delivered.
  • The order arrived damaged or in unsuitable condition for use.
  • The delivery was delayed beyond the committed timeframe due to our error.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • The order was delivered as confirmed but was not received on time by the customer.
  • The product started to sublimate (evaporate) during normal transit or storage — this is a natural property of dry ice.
  • The product was mishandled after delivery.
  • The delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.

Steps to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  2. Provide your order number, delivery time, and clear photographs of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your case within 24 hours.

Processing time: 3–5 working days

In the case of replacements, the product will be re-delivered at no extra cost.
